Simpson University named almost 200 students to the Dean's List for the spring 2017 semester. To be eligible for the Dean's List, a student must have a semester grade-point average of 3.50 or higher.

To be eligible for Phi Alpha Theta, the national honor society for history, a student must complete a minimum of 12 semester hours in history, achieve a minimum GPA of 3.1 in history courses, and an overall GPA of 3.0 or better.
