Simpson University's Amanda Jones Honored at Research Symposium

Amanda Jones was one of nine Simpson University students to receive an award for work presented during the 6th annual Student Research Symposium.

Jones won the award for Best Undergraduate Poster. The award recipients, who also will be honored during a student awards chapel, will receive a plaque and scholarship funds.

Jones is from Redding, Calif., and is majoring in Psychology.

The Stanley Clark Student Research Awards were presented at the conclusion of the March 5 symposium, which featured 25 presentations and posters by undergraduate and graduate students.
