Paris Hallums Named Scholar-Athlete at Simpson University

Paris Hallums of Rescue, Calif., received a Scholar-Athlete Award from Simpson University.

Hallums participated on Simpson University's Softball team and maintained a GPA of 3.5 or higher during 2016-2017. Hallums's major is business administration.

To qualify as a scholar-athlete, a student must be nominated by an institution's head coach and maintain a minimum grade-point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
